Every BlitzAPI plan comes with a fair use policy: the number of records the plan covers each month. One record is one item the API returns: one company, one person, one email address, one phone number or one job posting. A call that finds nothing counts nothing. The count resets at the start of each monthly billing cycle and unused records do not carry over. When you reach your fair use policy, calls pause until the next cycle. To keep running, move up a plan from the app (from the free trial to Start, or from Start to Scale), or book a call to size a Build Your Infra setup. Your remaining records are in fair_usage.records_remaining on every metered response and in GET /v2/account/key-info.
